Features

Kirsten Bell & David Anders
Season two of Heroes saw the introduction of several new faces to the cast, and we fully intend to interview them all! As the slightly unhinged daughter of Company leader Bob, Kirsten Bell kept audiences and the Heroes themselves on their toes. In the new issue, the actress tells us all about playing electric Elle. Plus, we talk to David Anders about providing one of the biggest shocks of Heroes season two – playing Hiro’s enemy from medieval Japan Takezo Kensei and everyone’s enemy in the present day Adam Munro.

Sign of the Times
One of the great mysteries of the first two chapters of Heroes comes under the spotlight in the new issue of Heroes Magazine – the enigmatic Helix symbol. We examine the sign’s frequent appearances, from feudal Japan to present day New York, and wonder what it could possibly mean for the plight of our Heroes. Plus, we plot psycho Sylar’s journey in season two and find out exactly what makes him tick, and take a detailed look at the amazing abilities of everyone’s favorite cheerleader Claire Bennet.

Jeph Loeb, Comic Genius
As writer and co-executive producer of Heroes, Jeph Loeb has plenty to share about the show, and that’s before we even get into his illustrious career in movies, TV and comics. In the 80s, Loeb penned such cult features as Teen Wolf and Commando, and more recently he has helped shape early seasons of Smallville and Lost. Plus, he’s become one of the comic book industry’s most respected writers. He’s been with Heroes since the very start, and in the new issue of Heroes Magazine he discusses the show and its characters, and shares some hints about the much-anticipated third chapter.
